Pale lemon with fine bubbles.
Aromas of apple and slight floral whiff.
On the palate is a sprightly squeeze of lemon citrus and red gala apple.
Best pairing with pineapple carpaccio and roast langoustine.

Chardonnay | Champagne and Sparkling – Alc : 12 %
Medium golden hues colour.
Aromas of white flowers, dusty notes, apple and lemon zest.
Refreshing offering stone fruits, citrus, creamy
and hint of burnt oak.

Pale copper colour with lots of superfine bubbles.
Aromas of citrus, apple and fermentation.
On the palate red berries only mildly, cream and red fruit.
Best pairing with meaty and oily fish.
